Start by gathering your ingredients and supplies.

You will need:

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5 oz evaporated milk
  • 2 cups marshmallow creme
  • 8 oz white chocolate chips
  • red and blue food coloring – be sure to use gel-based colors

You will also need either a glass or silicone baking pan. We used an 8 inch dish but a 9 inch would be fine to use as well.

Also, you will need non-stick cooking spray to lightly grease your baking dish with so that your fudge slides out easily.

If you are using a glass baking dish, I would recommend that you line it with parchment paper and use non-stick spray as well — just to be safe. For a silicone pan you can use a light coating of non-stick spray and skip the parchment paper. We used a silicone mold and sprayed it lightly with a coat of non-stick spray and the fudge popped right out!
