My new go to wow! The 355° gave it the perfect crunch on top. I added dates & coconut. Did a mix of whole wheat flour & white. Used coconut cream instead of sour cream. So delish!!!

This does sound like an amazing combination, any way to cut down on the sugar? Applesauce? Also could I substitute yogurt for the sour cream?

Michelle, you may definitely cut down on the sugar and substitute for yogurt. You can try 1/2 cup sugar. I hope you love the recipe, it’s such a wonderful combination of flavors.

    Hi Valentina 🙂
I just put the bread into the oven and I’m excited to try it!
I did notice though on the recipe card that it says to preheat to 355°, but on a further step, it says 350°. I also noticed that it doesn’t say sour cream in the instructions, but states it in the ingredients list.
Just thought I’d let you know in case it causes confusion🙂
