I’ve consistently liked going to Nextcare . I’ve been to other urgent cares the past few years. Nextcare is salient from the time you walk in till the time you get the assistance checking your vitals and I absolutely celebrate Susan. She is phenomenal. Susan Eller. I’d love for her to be my primary care she listens she’s knowledgeable. She’s empathetic she even examines you which doctors don’t do today, she’s knowledgeable of other doctors that I’m interfacing with onto her because she’s great

Wait time was about two hours from arrival. All staff was kind specially front desk. Only thing I would have appreciated to be different was for the doctor to be in the room for more than two seconds and explain what’s going on with my condition. I had an idea of what it was which was correct. She just confirmed it was what I thought, said to come back in 5 days and to bath with hot water. I was in severe severe pain and would have appreciated a more personal approach after paying so much and at least getting pain medication prescribed. I’ve been in so much pain still and can’t afford for another visit. The doctor also saw my CRYING from the pain and still decided to be in the room for 2 seconds and leave with out explaining anything.

I have been experiencing severe nausea and abdominal pain for quite some time. I was about to walk in and get seen within 5 minutes after completing paperwork. PA was super friendly and answered all my questions. She made sure I left knowing everything I need to do and what to do if symptoms worsen. I would recommend this provider

I stepped on something 10 days ago. I realized it wasn’t healing up and I can feel a lump underneath the skin and it’s sore. I came into the office hoping to get an X-ray and have the object removed but because there was not anything poking out of my foot the Dr who, while he was very polite, did not want to try to see what was wrong. He told me they don’t have a X-ray department (not true) and he didn’t want to dig around on my foot to see if there was anything In there. He wasn’t aware I was in the office several months before for the same issue and at that time my foot was X-rayed and the Dr at that time cut into my foot to see if there was something to remove. Which is what I expected to happen this time . I came away feeling disappointed and was told to go to hospital er if my pain didn’t get better.

I didn't have an appointment, but was welcomed from the moment I walked in. Check-in was very easy thanks to the staff. Once I was taken to a room, I was very well cared for. Tara Mahoney FNP is an outstanding provider. She is both caring and knowledgeable. All other members of the team were also excellent. I highly recommend this NextCare Urgent Care to everyone.

I had a sudden onset of vertigo with nausea, scheduled an appointment online, and was seen right away upon arrival. All of the staff, from reception to technicians to the nurse practitioner were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The NP, in particular, was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the inner ear disorder causing my symptoms, administered meds to relieve symptoms, then called in appropriate followup prescriptions and sent me home with easy-to-follow aftercare instructions. We use this particular Nextcare location on an ongoing basis, and recommend them highly!

I called up and made my appointment over the phone although I’ve been to this clinic a few times already and most of the time I made my appointment online. I did not have to wait very long when I got there and the front desk staff as well as medical assistant and provider we’re all very, very helpful, kind, and friendly. Although in the past, I’ve seen a few different providers, I’ve seen Amy now on career four occasions since I’ve been going there, and she is always so warm and friendly and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed with her knowledge and understanding. I always like this clinic and go back when my needs require it.
